Manish Kanth

A leading counsel with almost fourteen years of active practice in Income tax and other commercial laws. Manish has been into active practice with regular appearances / representations in various courts and tribunals in India including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, ITAT, NCLT, SAT, AAR etc. He started his career with and has been associated with the Chambers of Mr. Porus Kaka, Sr Advocate at Mumbai. He is also on the esteemed panel of counsels for SEBI in India. He has extensively worked in the areas of Income tax and other commercial laws as a counsel. Manish is also a member of International Fiscal Association and Chamber of Tax Consultants. He was the speaker from India on the esteemed panel of Recent Developments in International Tax seminar at 2014 Congress of the International Fiscal Association in Mumbai. He has been on the panel of speakers and participant in various other seminars / conferences in India. He is currently one of the members of the Managing Committee of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association, Mumbai.
